SHIPPING / DELIVERY
We ship to the United States. Please email us at email@example.com for delivery outside the U.S. to see if we can accommodate. Delivery times vary according to location. We typically ship out our weekly orders every Friday, but many times will ship out sooner. We ship via USPS express mail. If you would like to receive your package earlier, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot be responsible for delivery delays and lost packages. If a package gets lost by the carrier, we will do our best to assist you and them to find it. Shipping is complimentary on orders over $65. Please email email@example.com with any questions regarding shipping and delivery.
To return an unopened, unused product with pristine packaging within 14 days of delivery, you may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "RETURN REQUEST". Please reference your order number and state the reason for your request. Once the product is received on our end, we will refund the purchase amount minus a to-be-determined restocking fee in the range of $10-$15. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return. If you have a quality concern such as breakage during transportation or malfunction within a 90-day period following delivery, please take a photo of your issue and send it along with order number and explanation to email@example.com and we will proceed to resolve the issue.
